Avis car return and pickup downtown San Antonio

We are located next to Macy’s on the First Level (Street level) of the River center mall. To pickup a vehicle please enter the mall and use this map to locate us.

Please note that for returning a vehicle all cars must be returned to the Street level floor of the Crockett Street Garage as shown. Failure to return a vehicle to the correct location for check in may result in additional fees and charges.

We also have a drop box located at the Car return area that can be used for after hour drops. Please note that if you use the Dropbox the vehicle will remain as your responsibility until an agent checks it in on the following business day. So please be aware when making a reservation as this can incur additional time and mileage.
